10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.

Always protect your skin from the summer sun with sunscreen of SPF 15 or higher.

Drink plenty of liquids and wear loose, light-colored clothing to help keep you cool.

Check on elderly relatives and neighbors regularly during periods of extreme heat.
